Compression socks rock! As someone who has suffered a blood clot in my leg in the past, I know the power in compression. I wear these after all my long runs and after every race. They are super comfortable and help my calves from getting so sore afterward. Nothing beats putting these fun colorful socks on and propping my feet up after a long hard race. I was introduced to this awhile ago and am so grateful for it. It makes wetsuit stripping a breeze. I also spray it on potential hotspots where I might expect chafing and it works incredibly well. It's a great product and I wouldn't race without it. SBR Sports

For years Nuun has always been my drink of choice. I like that it's not real sweet tasting and it sits well for every workout. It has no added sugar, no carbs and is free of chemical dyes. These socks are perfect for the avid runner or cyclist. I like how they keep my feet warm and dry by wicking moisture away. They are thin and snug which is the key to prevent blisters. If you know me well, you know I love love love headbands! I wouldn't be caught without one when I go for a run, teach Spin and do errands around town. And the cute flashy ones are always a big hit with me. Of course they better match my outfit too. I like that this company donates a portion of their proceeds to Soldiers Operation Top Knot. A pair of Lock Laces

A must-have for triathletes are elastic shoelaces. They make transitions only that much faster for you, since you don't need to tie your shoes. You just slip them in and go.
