Am I a better runner?

Probably not...but the running clinic Coach Paintrick held yesterday helped get me in the right direction.

Coach Paintrick. I find it amusing that he is actually smiling in this picture. He doesn't smile very often, he just inflicts pain.

At least the arms are not flailing around.
