Have you heard of the new Nuun Energy tablets? These are tablets you drop in your water bottle that fill you with electrolytes, B vitamins and caffeine. At the beginning of the year I stopped drinking soda. However I still have days when I need a little caffeine boost. With Nuun Energy I don't get all the added sugars or synthetic chemicals as I would in diet sodas. Does the word energy scare you? Well just in case you are worried about getting the same jitters from those "giant can" drinks; you won't. One tablet to your water bottle is equivalent to half a cup of coffee. And one tablet only has 8 calories!
