Beautiful Sedona!
We are staying a wonderful quiet golf resort. You know it's quiet when the only sound I hear at this moment is the golfers tee-ing off on the course just outside our patio.
So far we have toured the little town. Went on a Pink Jeep Tour. Went on several hikes...well the fam did (I hobbled). Also saw several Indian Ruins and the cool town of Jerome.
Another thing we did was check out real estate in Prescott. Sedona is only about 45 minutes from Prescott so it was nice to drive over and make sure we still really want to move there. We do. We have narrowed it down to 3 communities and now we play the waiting game. We will meet with a realtor in Temecula next week to see what a realistic price is-if we sell our existing home. If we can get what we want for the house, the timeframe could be a summer move. Our goal would be to try and get T to start Kindergarten at his new school in Prescott (avoiding having to move schools on him twice). But this all depends on what the market is on the homes in our area.
It's been a busy vacation but VERY fun. The Remlingers are staying with us and we have plenty of room. The timeshare is a huge 2 bedroom place, that sleeps 6. We have a full kitchen and dining room as well. Both boys love all the space and have also been real troopers on our all day outings!
