
For those that really know me, know that I don't cook. I bake and I heat-up.
Once in a blue moon I find a recipe and try it out. Tonight I found a winner. A make again over and over, winner.
Paul found this in one of his Outdoor magazines. He rarely (ok has never) brought home a recipe and has asked me to make. Being the good wife, I knew this was something I should attempt.

Also I did not make the Gnocchi by hand like the recipe calls for (are you kidding me??). I used bagged-frozen from our local supermarket. It was still excellent. I should mention that because of the chili sauce it calls for, it does have a bit of a kick. So if you can't take a little bit of heat only use about half of the chili sauce as what the recipe calls for.
