I hope I don't fall off the bike.

It's official I am entering the workforce (again). No more "retirement" for me as Tyler mentioned.

A brand new cycling studio will be opening up in our little town and I was asked to become an instructor for them. I am super excited! This is something I have thought about for awhile but never really told anyone so of course when I was asked, it made me want to do it even more. It just feels like it was meant to be.

The new studio will be just strictly cycling classes for now but they hope to expand with Pilates and some TRX training later on. It will be a "boutique style" studio which means intimate, smaller class sizes and personalized attention from trainers and instructors. It's not a giant gym and it's a pay-by-class sort of place, which should appeal to many people in our area. And just in time for the cold weather when us Prescottonians have to take to indoor cycling to stay skilled on the bike!

I will be getting certified at the end of the month and the studio plans to open mid- October. The best part about this opportunity is the fancy new bikes we will all get to ride! They are called Real Ryders and they move back and forth just like a real bike. You burn 20% more calories on these bikes and engage your core so much more than a regular stationary spin bike. Now hopefully I can stay on the bike.
