The photo requirements are ridiculous, head can't be too big or too small, not turned to the side, no PACIFIER, not smiling, cut off at shoulders, no glare, no flash, white background, neutral facial expression, eyes open and 2x2 sized.
We tried CVS and the first set ended up like this:
I then went home and tried to take them myself. Another joke.
Good thing we are not leaving until May because it's going to take 600 photo takes to get just one.
