Today as I dropped T off at school I noticed a bit of chaos happening near the bus area. There was some chasing, yelling and screaming. As I sat in the protection of my truck I looked closely and saw that was a wild Javelina frantically trying to get out of the fenced area.
In true Non-Mother-of-the-Year fashion, I directed my son "to get out of the truck, have a good day and then run away (as fast as he can) from the Javelina."
I then see him trip on the cement and scramble quickly into the building. I yelled: "are you ok?" He was.
And he was safe from the Javelina at his school.
That is hilarious! Was he at least on time to class? :)

ReplyDeleteTiff- Yes he was. Although the teachers were all outside trying to wrangle the darn thing up so they would not have known if he was!
