It's a re-creation of a salad I like from Wendy's (the Baja salad minus the dressing)
- 1 cup of Hormel Turkey Chili (210 calories)
- 2 tablespoons plain non-fat Greek Yogurt (40 calories)
- 1/2 tablespoon Chia seed (30 calories)
- few drops of hot sauce like Cholula
I know it's sounds and looks gross but it's REALLY good.
