Chili Salad Recipe

Here's a great tasty salad that is super easy to make! It's not loaded with a ton of calories either.
It's a re-creation of a salad I like from Wendy's (the Baja salad minus the dressing)

  • 1 cup of Hormel Turkey Chili (210 calories)
  • 2 tablespoons plain non-fat Greek Yogurt (40 calories)
  • 1/2 tablespoon Chia seed (30 calories)
  • few drops of hot sauce like Cholula
I know it's sounds and looks gross but it's REALLY good.

Warm and mix the Chili, Chia and hot sauce tgether.
Scoop and place over a large bed of field greens.
Add the Greek Yogurt on top.
Optional: sprinkle some low fat cheese on top.
