- If you are new to class please arrive early so the instructor can help you correctly set up your bike. And don't expect him/her to do it in the middle of the class if you are late.
- If you are new or just want to do your own thing during class-please sit in the back. I don't want to watch you spin out at 110 when we are supposed to be climbing on a hill.
- Please don't sing...ever. Even if you sound like Adele, I don't want to hear your singing voice and even more so if you are the instructor.
- Get a decent pair of cycling shorts, it really does help the hiney.
- Don't talk to your neighbor during class. I don't want to hear about Jack's soccer game last weekend. If you have the energy to carry on a full conversation then you are not working hard enough and should be sitting on the recumbent bikes on the gym floor.
- Wipe your bike down, wipe your bike down, wipe your bike down after class. If it comes from your body...clean it up.
- If you are an instructor and want to show a photo slide show during class, awesome. But please for the love of god...change the pictures every couple months!
- Please give me some space around my bike. There is no drafting in Spin class so no need to snuggle in nice and cozy next to my behind. I am already self conscience and with your face right there, it doesn't help one bit.
Spin on!
